We hate useless waste, but for a good quality moisturizer, protective packaging matters. Solid bar moisturizers expose their antioxidants and extracts to sunlight and air, which greatly reduces their potency. Protective packaging - such as our aluminum tube - protects our moisturizer's ingredients from oxidizing prematurely. Unlike plastic, our aluminum tubes are endlessly recyclable and can be recycled the same as aluminum cans!

Yes! We deliberately chose lightweight and non-comedogenic oils to offer the most versatility with our moisturizer, which will hydrate all skin types without being too heavy.

Total Cranarchy more closely resembles a face oil than it does a face lotion. Since most face oils only require a few drops for successful application, you don't need that much product to moisturize your skin.

Because this is a water-free and concentrated product, it works best when used on its own. You may need to experiment with the amount that works for your skin; if the product feels too greasy, try eliminating other moisturizing products before or after application, or try using less product until you find your sweet spot.

In skincare culture, each product serves a specific purpose, which is why there are so many products to choose from. Toners, essences, and serums typically provide concentrated actives, and moisturizers vary in heaviness and emollience, depending on how thick the consumer wants it to feel.

But why go through all of that trouble? Instead of creating a slew of specialty products with different extracts, Total Cranarchy contains exceptionally concentrated antioxidants in a single product - far more than most toners and serums, in fact. Its lightweight oils provide balanced moisture that will feel great on all skin types. It is a robust, well-balanced, and high-quality product that provides meticulous care for your skin, from scalp to toe.

The anatomical structure of skin is the same everywhere on the body, but there are some subtle variations.

The scalp, obviously, tends to have a large concentration of thick hair follicles. The face tends to have more oil glands. Palms, armpits, and the groin have specialized sweat glands. Heels, knees, and elbows tend to have thicker structure, while the chest has a thinner structure. And the rest of the body is generally dry for most people. Moreover, certain areas are more exposed than others - the face being exposed the most often.

Having acknowledged these differences, all skin responds well to the specific oils, antioxidants, and extracts we use in Total Cranarchy. Because the product is water-free and concentrated, it works well on dry skin, but because the oils we chose are lightweight and non-comedogenic, it also works well on the face.

At the risk of oversimplifying the cleanser discussion, there are two main categories of cleansers - traditional soap and surfactants. Surfactants are considered the more sophisticated option, with a wide variety of options that generally rinse clean.

If you take enough time to study the surfactants included in shampoos - including specialty treatments - face washes, and body washes, you'll notice that all of these different products tend to use similar surfactants. What differs among these products is their texture, how well they lather, and how much slip they create across the surface of the hair or skin. But the base concept of the products is the same.

Char Goals uses some of the gentlest and most sophisticated surfactants available on the market. Instead of dividing up a similar formula into different bottles of shampoo, face cleanser, and body wash, we chose to create a single bar that can be used everywhere.

Our products are designed to be exceptionally gentle on skin. We exclude all fragrances and essential oils and include potent skin soothers to keep skin as happy as possible.

That being said, we always recommend that you perform a patch test to see how your skin responds to any new product you are introducing to your routine.

If you have a known allergy to gluten, nuts, ragweed, or any other source, we recommend that you consult with your physician prior to use.

We make no claims for use on infants, babies, and pre-adolescent children. Consult with your pediatrician prior to use. Exercise caution when breast feeding.

We recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight, and using them within 12 months of purchase.

Orders take up to five business days to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders may take up to 10 business days with standard shipping methods.

Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM (PST) and on weekends will be processed the following week.

Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times.

At this time, we are neither able to ship internationally nor to freight-forwarding companies. 

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in southern California.

We primarily ship orders placed with standard shipping through USPS or UPS.

Orders to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico are shipped using USPS only.

Orders placed on www.milusosskincare.com may be returned within 30 days, provided that there is at least 50% of the product remaining. 

To initiate a return, please contact info@milusosskincare.com and a member of our team will assist you.

Once a returned package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution. 

We are unable to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Mil Usos does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized Mil Usos retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

We love it when things go smoothly, so we apologize if you received an incorrect or damaged item in your order, or if an item was missing from your order. Please reach out to us at info@milusosskincare.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a photo of the packaging and the products received, and a member of our team will be happy to resolve this for you.

There's nothing more frustrating than a missing package! If your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please wait three business days before reaching out to info@milusosskincare.com.

We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you.

Unfortunately, Mil Usos cannot refund an order for lost or stolen packages.

Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: California.

These may change without notice depending on regulations. Tax is calculated according to Mil Usos's physical presence in a location.
